A dire il vero, nemmeno mi ricordo come e quando e stata la prima volta che ho sentito una sua canzone, ma "Billie Jean" e una delle prime nei miei ricordi. Per quanto ne sò e da sempre che mi piace tanto la musica, per non parlare dello spettacolo e la danza, di Michael Jackson. Non mi sono mai ricordata come e sucesso, perche il vero mistero e che a quei tempi, la Bulgaria era sottomessa al comunismo. E quindi tutto quel che proveniva da un paese non comunista era vietatissimo per i bulgari. E anche Michael Jackson. Mio padre non se lo ricorda nemmeno, ma io suppongo che come ex marinaio che usiva fuori dalla Bulgaria, e riuscito assieme ai dischi di "Beateles" e "Queen" (vietatissimi anche loro) a far entrare di nascosto nel paese, credo, anche "Thriller" di Michael Jackson. E probabilmente quel album e stato ascoltato di nascosto a casa. Non riesco a darmi un altra spiegazione raggionevole. Nessuna TV allora lo trasmetteva, ne radio, ne si parlava nei giornali. Il comunismo permetteva soltato musica e film russi o tedeschi.
Dopo la caduta del comunismo, il concerto in Bucharest, del tour "Dangerous" e stato il primo che hanno trasmesso sulla televiosione nazionale bulgara, e Michael Jackson e stato il primo mostrato liberamente senza vieti e senza paura di conseguenze.
Io ero piccola ma mi ricordo che allora e stata l'unica volta in cui tutta la nostra famiglia (mamma, papa, fratellino ed io) siamo stati ore davanti alla tv riuniti, a guardare a bocca aperta questo show spettacolare!!!! Ed ogni volta che riguardo questo concerto dentro di me ritornano i ricordi.
Sopratutto questa canzone particollare. E in assoluto la mia performance preferita e lo sara per sempre!

Actually, I don't remember how and when was the first time I heard one of his songs, but "Billie Jean" is one of the first in my memory. As far as I know I like the music, not to mention the entertainment and dance to Michael Jackson, from always. I never remembered how it happened but what is a real mistery is that at that time Bulgaria was under the Comunism. So every artist, music, song, movie... was prohibited, so was Michael Jackson. I have spoken with my father once and even if he doesn't remember too, I suppose it was he, as a former sailor who was going out of Bulgaria, who brought secretly "Thriller" album together with the discs of "Beatles" and "Queen" (forbidden too). Probably this album was heard in a secret at home. I can't give myself another reasonable explanation. No television was showing him, no radio was playing his songs, no newspaper was writing for him at that time because the comunism was allowing only russian and german movies and music. So how did that happen? I never knew. But what do I remember is this first time shown "Dangerous" tour concert on the bulgarian national televison. It kept us, the whole family, hours infront of the television, watching with an open mouth this amazing show. Each time I watch this concert my memories brings me back in those happy days. Especially this song. It's my all time favorite Michael Jackson's performance and it'll be like this forever! I just love it!
