Be, ecco una ricetta che potrebbe aiutarvi a rendere la mattinata meno pesante e trasformarla in un momento speciale: La classica della colasioni, ma con un tocco particolate:
Vegan French Toast!
French Toast Senza Uova
1 banana
1/2 tazza di latte (normale, soia o riso)
1/2 cucchiaino di canella o buccia di limone
5-6 fettine di pane in cassetta (gf: pane senza glutine)
olio di mais
Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C.
Mettere la banana con il latte e la canella/bucia di limone nel robot da cucina e frullare fino a rurre in pure. Poi trasferire questo pure in un piatto fondo. Inzuppare le fettine di pane per bene da tutte le parti nel pure e appoggiarli in una teglia oleata con olio di mais. Credo si puo fare anche senza l'olio se si usa la carta da forno. Io la avevo finita, ma la prossima volta ci provo. Infornare per circa 20-25 minuti.

No Eggs French Toast
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup milk (whole, skim, soy or rise)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5-6 slices of white bread (the bread in the picture is my homemade gluten-free white bread)
cooking spray
Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray a square baking pan with a cooking spray.
Pour the banana in the blender, add the milk and the cinnamon and blend to reduce the banana in pure. Pour this mixture into a dish. Dip the bread slices into the banana-milk mixture and arrange on the bottom of the baking pan. Spray the bread slices lightly with the cooking spray and pour in the preheated oven. Bake about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, divide into a serving dishes and serve topped with some melted chocolate, sliced banana and chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
